I finally got my act together to join Threads – I’m @jainefenn there, or you can just click on the shiny new button under my picture on the right. As I write this I’ve only got a handful of followers and have yet to start a new thread – or whatever the jargon is – as the first original words spoken in a new space always feel a bit daunting.
I coincidentally ended up on Instagram because the Gods of Meta decree this is required for being on Threads, though I’ve no major plans to start posting pictures of my meals.
I’m also on Bluesky (aka ‘the comfortable place with bonus cats’) – and now have codes to spare, so hit me up if you’re interested. And, for now, still on XTwit, watching from a safe distance as it slowly circles the drain.
