Well, my website’s back. Obviously, because you’re reading this. It was out for five or six days and for most of that time my email was also shot. Despite my luddite tendancies, I rely on email a lot, and though I now have both website and email, I know of at least three emails lost forever in the ether as a result of the problem. I’m afraid that having things go so badly wrong for so long rather reinforces my long-held if illogical belief that Tech is inherently Dubious and Untrustworthy.
Since I last posted to this blog I have signed the contract from GUD magazine. I’ve also found out that my story ‘Faithless’ , which reached the Quarter final of ‘Writers of the Future’ in the second quarter of 2006, has been long-listed for the Aeon award. So, 2007 is still going well.
